Faculty Cabinet
Membership
1) The voting members of the Faculty Cabinet are the Chair of Faculty Council, the Vice Chair/Chair-Elect of Faculty Council, the previous Chair of Faculty Council and Senate committee chairs. The Secretary of the University Senate is an ex officio non-voting member.

Chair
The Chair of Faculty Council will be the Chair of the Faculty Cabinet.

Powers, Duties, and Responsibilities of the Faculty Cabinet
1) The Faculty Cabinet shall serve as a channel of communication among major University Senate committees and between those committees and the Chair of Faculty Council.
2) The Faculty Cabinet shall advise the Chair of Faculty Council.
3) The Faculty Cabinet shall, as it deems appropriate and after consultation with the Chair of Faculty Council, place information and action items on the meeting agenda of Faculty Council.
